Whether you need a night out on the town, or a relaxing place for a day drink with friends, Last Best Place Brewing Company is your go-to spot for a great beer and a laid-back atmosphere. Beyond beer, we also offer a selection of non-alcoholic beverages, including juice boxes for kiddos, and some snacks to accompany your pint. Patrons are welcome to bring their own food or grab grub from one of the many food trucks/restaurants nearby (we have menus on site). With a well-stocked selection of board games and frequent activities through the week (check our calendar), you’ll never have a dull time at LBP!

     ​It’s no secret, Bozeman has numerous breweries that produce some amazing beer. The ingenuity and long-standing excellence of Bozeman’s breweries made an impression on a young MSU attendee and sparked an ambitious goal to join the local beer scene and strive to bring SW Montana more outstanding beer.  
     Established in 2021, Last Best Place Brewing Company was born from the love of a good beer and a zeal for creating something new and delicious. Owner Colin Ruh-Kirk, an avid home-brewer and fan of the local beer offerings, joined forces with his long-time friend and fellow beer nerd, Will Thompson, for one simple task: help folks enjoy beer! LBP exists to explore new flavors, new ingredients and to make your next favorite brew. 
     The name, a nod to our beloved state’s unofficial motto of being the “Last Best Place”, solutes the brewery’s fundamentals, tied to the state and its history, deeply rooted in agriculture, solid values and hard work. We’re proud to partner with farmers in Gallatin County, and around the state of Montana, to keep things local and source as much of our ingredients as possible from Montana farms and businesses. We think it just tastes better when grown and brewed in the Last Best Place!

Throughout the day, customers may park behind the building, accessible off Durston RD. After 5pm, most onsite parking spaces are reserved for building residents, but there is ample parking just across Durston, next to Rikki's Furniture! There are also multiple parking spaces along 7th Ave on both sides of the street.
